Well we spent the last two days in Epernay and just travelled from there via car to Bastogne, Belgium.
Epernay was a great little town but emphasis on the little. The key draw for Epernay is touring the Champagne Houses but they're open from 9-11am and 2-4pm. Other than that, there are a couple shops and a couple restaurants. On our second day in town we decided to just sit by the pool at the hotel (after 4 glasses of Champagne).

The Champagne man himself...

This morning we started our "bonus" day. We took a train up to Reims, then rented a car and started driving east. Belgium is beautiful; as soon as you cross the border it's nothing but rolling hills and forest.

Anyway, we're staying the night in a small town called Bastogne which has a bunch of war history around it as well as a much busier urban center. And of course...
