We made it... no thanks to London Heathrow... other than that and a little miscommuncation on the train we arrived alright.
Anyway, hotel is in a cute little district called Rue Cler. This morning we walked past a bunch of fruit markets and ended up getting breakfast at a sidewalk crepe stand.
We also walked over to the Eiffel tower and grabbed a couple pictures. Hopefully we'll grab a tour of it tommorow so we can jump the queue.
This afternoon we did Notre Dame, Napoleon's Tomb, and the Army Museum. Absolutely beautiful.
Tonight we had a quick dinner at a Cafe near the hotel... the only trouble is we couldn't figure out how to ask for a dark beer. Found a nice one called Affengel (or something like that)... kinda like Hoegarden.
Hopefully tommorow we'll be a little more recovered from the jet lag.
